In my own marriage it is not easy to get the balance between work and home right. I'm trying to make sure that work is more aware of what is happening at home. Also, that home knows all about what I'm doing at work, even if some of it is a little mundane and doesn't make great report back, sitting around the dinner table. If both "lives" know about what's happening in the other, I think it helps for better understanding, a little less stress
